- Green Cardamom
- White Cumin Star Anisee
- Red Chilli
- Black Pepper
- Refined Sugar
- Refined Salt
- Take beef or meat of your choice, cut it into cubes.
- Mix plain yogurt (Optional) with Grans Charsi Tikka Masala, fresh ginger, garlic paste (as per your taste), Lemon juice / vinegar, papaya paste/meat tenderizer powder (not required for chicken), and 1-2 tbl spoons of vegetable oil.
- Add the meat in the yogurt mixture, cover the bowl and place it in refrigerator for minimum 4 hours.
- Thread meat cubes on the skewer for barbecue or you can grill the meat cubes too.
Note: Do not overcrowd skewers and make sure there is enough room at the top and bottom of each one. Add keep rotating the skewers occasionally.
