PREPARATION METHOD: Just add 100gms of Grans Peshawari Chapli Kabab Masala in 1kg of mince, add salt according to your taste, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, 2 eggs, maize flour/gram flour and a spoon of corn flour. Mix all the ingredients. Put the mixture to rest for atleast 1 hour. Shape up your kababs, fry and enjoy! ALSO BEST FOR: Making pakoras, gravies, marinating white and red meat
