Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.

4.1 How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact Grans through:

Please provide your order number, name and contact number so the order can be located quickly.

4.2 Cancellation before Dispatch

If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, Grans will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, so customers should contact Grans as soon as possible if cancellation is required.

4.3 After the Order has been Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be directly cancelled.

If the customer no longer wishes to receive a Cash on Delivery parcel, the customer may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. The parcel must remain unopened and will be returned to Grans through the courier process.

4.4 Important Conditions

• Do not open the parcel if you intend to refuse it at delivery.
• Keep the parcel in its original condition.
• Contact Grans as soon as possible if you need assistance.
• An opened food parcel is not eligible for return simply because the customer has changed their mind.

4.5 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Because Grans currently uses Cash on Delivery, an order refused before payment normally does not require a customer refund.

If Grans introduces prepaid payment methods in the future, any applicable refund for an eligible cancelled order will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy and the relevant payment method.
