Ingredients:

  • Northese Barley Sattu – 1/2 cup
  • Chilled Water - 4 cups
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mint Leaves – 2 teaspoon
  • Black Salt to taste
  • Raw Mango (grated) – 2 teaspoon

 

Preparation Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a jug and mix well.
  2. Serve in glasses along with some ice cubes.

Garnish with more mint leaves.
